Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Specifika komunikace se seniory na příkladu vybrané pobytové služby se zabývá komunikací se seniory z pohledu pracovníků v sociálních službách . V teoretické části mapuje pojmy stárnutí a stáří, potřeby seniorů, základní pojmy z oblasti sociální práce a téma komunikace se zaměřením na její specifika u klientů s poruchou zraku, sluchu a onemocněním demence. Výzkumná část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu a prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, je jeho cílem získat odpovědi a názory na to, jak pracovníci v sociálních službách pohlíží na problematiku specifické komunikace se seniory s poruchami zraku, sluchu a onemocněním demence.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis entitled Specifics of communication with seniors on the example of a selected residential service deals with communication with seniors from the perspective of workers in social services. The theoretical part maps the concepts of aging and old age, the needs of seniors, basic concepts of social work and the topic of communication with a focus on its specifics in clients with visual impairment, hearing loss and dementia. The research part is based on qualitative research and through semi-structured interviews, its aim is to obtain answers and opinions on how social workers view the issue of specific communication with seniors with visual, hearing and dementia disorders.
