Abstract:
Sinice a jejich sekundární metabolity představují v dnešní době závažný problém. Cyanotoxiny nemají k dnešnímu dni souhrnný spis pojednávající o jejich struktuře, účinku, syntéze či degradaci. V této práci jsem se pokusil sestavit soupis známých poznatků o těchto toxinech. Cyanotoxiny lze dělit podle jejich chemické struktury či toxického účinku na organismus. Cyanobacteria and their secondary metabolites represent a serious problem nowadays. To date, there are no studies concerning the structure, effect, synthesis and degradation of cyanotoxins. In my thesis, I have tried to compile all the known findings on these toxins. Cyanotoxins can be classified based on their chemical structure or their toxic effect on an organism.
