Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá postojem žáků středních škol ke sportovně pohybovým aktivitám. V teoretické části je uvedena periodizace vývoje člověka se zaměřením na období adolescence. Dále jsou vysvětleny pojmy pohyb, pohybová aktivita, volný čas a charakteristika postojů. Empirická část práce vychází z třech výzkumných otázek a ankety tvořené 15 otázkami. This diploma thesis deals with the approach of the high school students to sport activities. The theoretical part includes periodization of the human development aimed at the period of adolescence. Furthermore the concepts of motion, motion activity, free time and characteristic of posture are explained.
