Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zneužívání sociálních dávek. Český sociální systém procházel v uplynulých dvou letech rozsáhlými změnami. Dne 1.1.2009 došlo v oblasti sociálního zabezpečení ke změnám, které se snažily především centralizovat sociální správu, posílit kontrolu sociální pomoci, zavést účinnější prostředky proti zneužívání a snížit výdaje vyplácené na sociální dávky …more

Seeing that the 1st of January 2009 changes with effort to prevention of profanation social benefit were performed. So in the second part I review performed social revisions, the positive and negative impact. There is the comparasion of previous law adjustment.
