Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice rodinného podnikání v gastronomickém provozu. Cílem práce je zjistit rozdíly mezi rodinným podnikem a běžným podnikem a porovnat oba podniky. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou je zjištění, zda má rodinný podnik lepší předpoklady ve svém rozvoji než běžný podnik.
