Abstract:
Cílem mé práce je ukázat podstatu a význam zkušební doby, jako jednu z důležitých doplňkových ujednání pracovních smluv, ukázat názorně na příkladech uplatnění zákoníku práce při řešení některých případů z praxe týkajících se zkušební doby.
Abstract:
The aim of my thesis is to show the substance and significance of probation period as one of important additional arragements in employment contracts, to demonstrate on examples from practice the application of the Labour Code in solving some cases regarding probation period.
