Management of claims from the bank's position

Abstract:

V předkládané bakalářské práci analyzuji management pohledávek z pohledu banky. Teoreticko-metodologická část rozebírá procedury před vznikem pohledávek. Pojednává o bonitních třídách dlužníků a o tom, jak banka své klienty do těchto tříd rozděluje. Dále monitorování platební morálky – neplnění splátkového kalendáře je signálem k včasnému varování dlužníka k řádnému splácení a informování ho o možných následcích, které z neplnění plynou. Dlužník je varován prostřednictvím telefonátu a následně dopisů. Pokud klient s bankou komunikuje, bankéř nabízí klientovi jiné možnosti a snaží se klientovi vstříc prostřednictvím náhradního splátkového kalendáře, žádostí ručitele o splacení úvěru a úroků za dlužníka nebo navrhuje prodej či dražbu nemovitostí u úvěrů zajištěných nemovitostí. Jsou však tací, kteří na apel banky nereagují a s bankou nekomunikují, z čehož pro ně plynou sankce a banka se dostává do rizika. Tuto situaci banka řeší přes soudní rozhodnutí či postoupení pohledávky inkasní společnosti.

Abstract:

I will analyze the management of claims from the perspective of banks in the thesis. Theoretical and methodological part examines the procedures prior claims. It discusses the classes of solvent debtors, and how the Bank apart their clients into these classes. Further monitoring of the payment behavior – default of schedule is the early warning signal of the debtor to the proper payment. Bank informs him of the possible consequences that result from the failure. The debtor is alerted via phone call and then letters. If the client communicates with the bank, the banker offers the another possibility and try to accommodate clients through alternative payment schedule, request a guarantor for repayment of the loan and interest for the borrower or proposed sale or auction of real estate loans secured by real estate. But there are those people, who do not respond to the appeal of banks and do not communicate, which arise for them to sanction and bank gets into risk. Bank addresses this situation through judicial decisions or assignment of credit to collecting company.
