Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací stávajícího systému poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané příspěvkové organizaci, přičemž se soustředí na motivační, účetní a daňové prvky zaměstnaneckých výhod. Práce se zaměřuje jak na dopad zdanění těchto benefitů u zaměstnanců, tak i na daňové řešení z pohledu zaměstnavatele. The diploma thesis deals with the optimization of the existing system provided employee benefits in the chosen contributory organization, focusing on motivational, accounting and tax elements of employee benefits.
