Common plea Civil Procedure and its Relationship to Other Branches of Law in the law system
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o českém civilním procesu. V úvodu se věnuje vývoji českého civilního procesu a vytvořeným vědeckým koncepcím. Kapitola třetí a čtvrtá rozebírá druhy českého civilního procesu a jeho vztah k soukromoprávním odvětvím. Pátá kapitola se zabývá vztahem českého civilního procesu k evropskému právu. Abstract:
This degree work is focused on the leading term of the Czech procedural law - the civil procedure. I concurrently tried to recapture the main circumstances its connection to the other branch of law.
