Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza procesu reemigrace Čechů vracejících se po pracovní migraci z Velké Británie. První část práce je věnována teoretickému ukotvení reemigrace a reintegrace. V druhé části práce představuji výsledky kvalitativního šetření založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech a analýze zakotvené teorie, které poskytují vhled do žité zkušenosti reemigrantů. The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the process of return migration of Czechs returning from Great Britain after labor migration. The first part is devoted to the theoretical analysis of return migration and reintegration.
