Bakalářská práce se zabývá investičním portfoliem municipalit. Problematika financování municipalit je součástí veřejných financí. The bachelor thesis deals with investment portfolio municipalities. The issue of funding is part of the municipal government. The main goal in creating the investment portfolio is to achieve not only maximum economy and efficiency, but also preserve transparency.
