Workers attitude towards the implementation of quality standards of social and legal protection in facilities for children needing immediate assistance

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jaké postoje zaujímají pracovníci k implementaci standardů kvality sociálně-právní ochrany v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Cílem práce je pokusit se nalézt odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaký postoj mají pracovníci ZDVOP k implementaci standardů sociálně-právní ochrany v zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc? Text práce je rozdělen na tři části. V teoretické části se zabývám vymezením pojmů, které se vyskytují v hlavní výzkumné otázce, jako je charakteristika zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc a jeho činnost, standardy kvality sociálně-právní ochrany a vymezeni pojmu postoje. Druhá část práce popisuje metodologii, která je využita v rámci výzkumného šetření. Interpretační část je věnována prezentaci výsledků výzkumného šetření, které je provedeno prostřednictvím rozhovorů pracovníky vybraného zařízení pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc. Závěrem je shrnutí získaných poznatků do odpovědi na hlavní výzkumnou otázku a doporučení pro praxi.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the, what is the approach of workers to the implementation of quality standards of socially-legal protection in the facility for children requiring immediate assistance. The aim of the thesis is to find the answer on the answer the main research question: What attitude do workers have ZDVOP to implement the standards of social and legal protection in a facility for children in need of immediate assistance. The text of the work is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part deals with definition of terms that occur in the main research question, as is characteristic of the facility for children in need of immediate assistance and its activities, standards of quality social and legal protection, and defined the concept of attitudes. The second section of the thesis describe the methodology which is used in the context of the research investigation. An interpretive section is devoted to the presentation of the results of the research investigation which is carried out through interviews, workers of the selected device for children ruquiring immediate assistance. The conclusion is the research findings summarized into the answer to the main question and recommendation for the practise.
