Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce má za cíl optimalizovat depozici piezoelektrické vrstvy ZnO pro použití ve flexibilním piezogenerátoru. V úvodu práce je stručný úvod do technologií, které získávají volnou energii z okolí a mění ji na elektrickou energii, dále je popsána podstata piezoelektrického principu. This thesis aims to optimize the deposition of the piezoelectric ZnO layer for use in a flexible piezo devices. There is introduction to technologies that acquire free energy from the environment and transform it into electrical energy in the introduction of this thesis.
