Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo popsat flóru chráněného území na Plzeňsku, jeho přírodě blízkou vegetaci a vztah mezi zaniklým středověkým osídlením a recentním rostlinným krytem. Floristický seznam jsem sestavila na základě terénního výzkumu a literární rešerše. Našla jsem 507 taxonů cévnatých rostlin, z toho 35 ohrožených; dalších 178 druhů, z toho 60 ohrožených, uvádějí jiní autoři. Floristicky nejbohatšími lokalitami jsou přírodní rezervace Lopata a Zvoníčkovna. Vegetaci jsem studovala pomocí souboru 184 vlastních a 29 převzatých fytocenologických snímků, který jsem analyzovala numerickými metodami. K syntaxonomickému zařazení jsem použila expertní systém a srovnání s literaturou. Nejhojnější nelesní vegetací jsou mezofilní louky sv. Deschampsion cespitosae nebo Arrhenatherion elatioris. Většina polopřirozených lesních porostů je syntaxonomicky nevyhraněná. Za nejcennější typy vegetace považuji druhově bohatá společenstva mokrých lesních luk sv. Calthion palustris, olšových a jasanových lužních lesů sv. Alnion incanae, dubohabrových hájů sv. Carpinion nebo Genisto germanicae-Quercion a suťových lesů sv. Tilio-Acerion. Druhovou diverzitu studovaného území ohrožuje šíření několika invazních druhů a expanzivní ostřice Carex brizoides. Dílčí studie na dvou lokalitách zaniklých středověkých vesnic porovnávala recentní vegetaci ploch využívaných v minulosti různým způsobem. Jejich rostlinný kryt se poněkud liší v nárocích na dostupnost živin, vlhkosti a světla a k těmto rozdílům mohl přímo i nepřímo přispět vliv jejich využívání v minulosti. Středověké sídelní enklávy byly ve 14.–15. století odlesněné, poté se však na většině z nich zřejmě díky specifickým stanovištním podmínkám vyvinula přírodě blízká lesní vegetace, v níž dnes rostou i druhy považované za typické pro primární lesy.

Abstract:

Flora and vegetation of protected areas Kornatický potok and Kamínky southeast of the city of Plzeň (Czech Republic) The purpose of this study was to describe the flora of two protected areas near the city of Plzeň (West Bohemia, Czech Republic), their natural and seminatural vegetation and a possible relationship between abandoned medieval settlements and their recent vegetation cover. The list of vascular plants is based on a field survey and literature study. 507 vascular plant taxa, 35 of them red-listed, were found; another 178 species, 60 of them red-listed, had been recorded by earlier authors. The Lopata and Zvoníčkovna Natural Reserves are the two sites with the highest species-richness. The vegetation was studied on 184 phytosociological plots. Further 29 relevés were extracted from literature, and the resulting dataset was analysed using numerical methods. For the syntaxonomic classification, an expert system and comparisons with specialised literature were used. The most valuable plant communities are species-rich wet forest meadows (alliance Calthion palustris), ash-alder aluvial forests (alliance Alnion incanae), oak-hornbeam forests (alliance Carpinion or Genisto germanicae-Quercion) and ravine forests (alliance Tilio-Acerion). The most frequent non-wooded vegetation types are mesophilous meadows (alliance Deschampsion cespitosae or Arrhenatherion elatioris). Most of the forest communities could not be syntaxonomically claddified. The biodiversity of the studied area is endangered by several invasive plant species and the expansive Carex brizoides. The relationship between the recent vegetation cover and past land use was studied at two sites of abandoned medieval villages. The vegetation cover of former village centres and that of the surrounding area were slightly different in their demands on nutrients, moisture and light; this can be partly explained by direct as well as indirect historical influence. The medieval residential areas had no forest cover during the 14th to 15th century. After that, due to their specific habitat conditions, seminatural vegetation developed on most of these sites, and some plants considered as ancient forest species are now present in the vegetation.
