Základním cílem této práce je objasnění podstaty bilančního práva a jeho vztah a postavení k právu finančnímu, pomocí vysvětlení základních pojmů a principů z oblasti účetnictví a daňové evidence, a systému jejich vnitřní i vnější kontroly.
