Corporate income tax accounting in custody

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení rizikových aspektů obchodní společnosti z hlediska daně z příjmů právnických osob a českých účetních předpisů včetně daňové optimalizace, v rámci účetních a daňových předpisů. Teoretická část je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První část definuje zákon o daních z příjmů. Druhá část se zabývá oblastmi dlouhodobého majetku a opravných položek k pohledávkám. Třetí část vymezuje zákon o účetnictví. Poslední část představuje obecnou právní legislativu společnosti s ručením omezením. Praktická část demonstruje vybranou obchodní společnost. Popisuje její dosud používané účetní metody. Analyzuje vybrané náklady, sestavení účetních výkazů včetně daňového přiznání k dani z příjmů právnických osob.

Abstract:

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to evaluate the risk aspects of a business company with regard to the corporate income tax and Czech accounting legislation including tax optimisation within accounting and tax regulations. The theoretical section is divided into four parts. The first part contains the definition of the Act on Income Tax. The second part deals with the areas of fixed assets and adjustments to receivables. The third part contains the definition of the Act on Accounting. The last part contains the general legislation concerning a limited liability company. In the practical section there is a demonstration of a selected business company. It describes its accounting methods still being in use, analyses selected expenses, compilation of accounting statements including a corporate income tax return.
