Risks of specific learning disabilities in pre-school age children

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce jsou projevy rizik specifických poruch učení u dětí předškolního věku. Cílem je charakterizovat projevy rizik SPU u dětí předškolního věku, analyzovat využívání identifikačních metod u učitelů mateřských škol ve vztahu k rizikům SPU a vyhodnotit vliv intervenční podpory v případě výskytu rizikových dětí v mateřské škole. Teoretická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku dítěte předškolního věku, specifické projevy učení a projevy rizik SPU u dětí předškolního věku, také na charakteristiku rizikového dítěte z hlediska SPU a možnosti prediktivní diagnostiky. V praktické části jsou interpretovány výsledky výzkumného šetření, jehož cílem bylo analyzovat využívání identifikačních metod u učitelů mateřských škol ve vztahu k rizikům SPU a vyhodnotit vliv intervenční podpory v případě výskytu rizikových dětí v mateřské škole.

Abstract:

The theme of this thesis are manifestations of specific learning disorders risks with preschool children. The aim is to characterize manifestations of SLD risks with preschool children, to analyze using identifying methods by kindergarten teachers in relation to SLD risks and to evaluate intervention support influence in case of occurrence of high-risk children in a kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis is aimed at the characteristics of a preschool child, specific learning demonstrations and manifestations of SLD risks with preschool children, as well as the characteristics of a high-risk child with respect to SLD and possibilities of predictive diagnostics. In the practical part the research inquiry results are interpreted and in view of the fact the goal of the inquiry was to analyze using identifying methods by kindergarten teachers in relation to SLD risks and to evaluate intervention support influence in case of occurrence of high-risk children in a kindergarten.
