Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zpracování experimentální náplně testů pro senzorickou analýzu potravin. V teoretické části je pojednáno o definici senzorické analýzy a jejím vý-znamu. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis was to suggest tests for experimental part of sensory analysis. Defini-tion of sensory analysis, its sense, characterization of sensory organs anatomy are de-scribed in theory. The next part takes care of types of assessors and tests used to their train-ing.
