Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podjatosti soudců v České republice. Autor nejdříve obecně představuje soudnictví v České republice. Poté se věnuje teoretickému vymezení podjatosti soudců a její právní úpravě. Autor také blíže představuje principy nezávislosti a nestrannosti. This thesis deals with the bias of judges in the Czech Republic. First the author in general presents the judiciary in the Czech Republic. Then it deals with the theoretical definition of the bias of judges and its legislation. The author also presents in detail the principles of independence and impartiality.
