Anotace:

The aim of the thesis is to make a detailed analysis of Working Capital Management of selected tyre companies In India and to provide recommendations for better management of working capital. The companies selected for the study are MRF tyres and Apollo tyres in India. The introductory part of the research explains the basic concepts on working capital management. The secondary data for the study is obtained from the annual report of the companies. The data required are available in the website of the companies. In the practical part ratio analysis and various statistical tools will be used to evaluate the secondary data obtained. The results will be complemented by recommendations to both the companies for better administration of working capital. The research findings can contribute to various companies in the tyre industry.
