The Game Theory, Banking, Risk and Insecurity

Abstract:

Obsahem mé diplomové části jsou v teoretické části historie teorie her, modely rozhodovacích situací a aplikace teorie her na finanční sektor. Následují kapitoly o problematice redistribučních systémů, jejich členění a grafického znázornění. Dále teoretická část obsahuje část o účastnících finančních trhů a finančních trzích samotných. Účastnící jsou prezentování jako jednotliví hráči, podobně jak je tomu v teorii her. V aplikační části se věnuji problematice finanční a hospodářské krize a hlavně riziku a nejistotě, způsobené volatilitou. Problematiku volatility srovnávám s paralelními redistribučními systémy a problematikou informovanosti o trhu. Nakonec uvádím příklady zkrachovalých společností Enron a Lehman – Brothers, ve kterých vzniknul paralelní redistribuční systém. V závěru shrnuji předchozí argumentaci a nedostatečný rozvoj teorie redistribučních systémů, která má veliký potenciál do budoucna.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of my diploma work contend the history of game theory, models of decision situations and the application of game theory to the financial sector. That is followed by chapters on the issues of redistribution systems, their layout and graphic representations. Furthermore, the theoretical part contains a section on participants in financial markets and financial markets themselves. Participants are presented as individual players just as in game theory. The practical part is devoted to issues of financial and economic crisis and the principal risks and uncertainties caused by volatility. Issue of volatility is compared to parallel systems and market awareness of the issue. Finally, I give examples of bankrupt Enron and Lehman - Brothers, which originated in a parallel system of redistribution. The conclusion summarizes the preceding arguments and lack of development of the theory of redistribution systems, which has great potential for the future.
