A Comparison of Risk Analysis and Assessment Methods and their Applications in the Brick Industry
Abstract:
Teoretická část je zaměřena na objasnění problematiky řízení rizik s důrazem na metody analýzy a hodnocení rizik. Praktická část obsahuje aplikaci vybraných metod analýzy rizik na vybrané modelové struktuře výrobního podniku cihlářského průmyslu. Cílem je ukázat míru shody metod analýzy rizik z hlediska jejich praktického používání.
Abstract:
The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the issues of risk management with emphasis on methods of analysis and risk assessment. The practical part contains the application of selected methods of risk analysis on a selected model structure of a manufacturing company in the brick industry. The aim is to show the degree of agreement of risk analysis methods in terms of their practical use.
