V této bakalářské práci se věnuji přezkoumání vlivů rostlinných hormonů cytokininů a etylenu na růst a vývoj kořene a kořenového meristému v rostlině Arabidopsis thaliana a jejích interakcí. Cytokininy způsobují zkracování kořenového meristému, a tím i celkové délky kořene. Etylén působí na zkracování buněk kořene, ale nezkracuje kořenový meristém. Abstract:
In this thesis I study effects of plant hormones cytokinins and ethylene on growth and development of root and root apical meristem in Arabidopsis thaliana and their interactions. Cytokinins cause shortening of root meristem, therefor shortening of roots. Ethylene inhibits elongation of root cells but does not shorten root meristem.
