Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými částmi Diversity managementu. V úvodu popisuje pojem diverzita, diskriminace, historii a budoucnost diverzity. V teoretické části se zabývá třemi dimenzemi diverzity – kulturou, věkem a genderem. Následně je každá z diverzit popsána. This bachelor thesis deals with chosen parts of diversity management. Concepts of diversity, discrimination, history and future of diversity are explained in the introduction.
