Predmetom tejto diplomovej práce je preskúmať vplyv ICT literacy na IT governance. Výstupom práce je vytvorenie generického kompetenčného modelu pre všeobecnú pracovnú silu, ktorá využíva nástroje ICT v značnom rozsahu. Abstract:
The subject of this diploma thesis is to examine the impact of ICT literacy on IT governance. The outcome of the thesis is the development of a generic competence model for a general workforce that uses ICT tools extensively.
