Tato práce směřuje ke komplexnímu osvětlení problematiky běžného účtu jako právního vztahu. Zároveň objasňuje specifika takového vztahu, pokud jednou ze stran je běžný občan - nepodnikatel. This thesis is aimed at comprehensive elucidation of current account issues as a legal relationship. At the same time it explains the specifics of such relationship if one party is an ordinary citizen - not a businessperson.
