Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím lidských zdrojů v podniku služeb. Diplomová práce popisuje personální činnosti podniku a zabývá se spokojeností zaměstnanců, jejich motivování a odměňování. Hlavní cíl byl splněn v analytické části, kde byla pomocí pozorování a dotazníkového šetření analyzovaná personální činnost podniku a byli zjištěny hlavní důvody k ukončení pracovní poměru. Dále také v návrhové části, byla personální činnost zhodnocena a navržena daná doporučení k změnám na daném oddělení. Druhý cíl, zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců tohoto podniku, a zdali stres je důvodem k odchodu zaměstnanců, byl splněn, pomocí empirického výzkumu. Hlavní metodou sběru dat, která byla použita pro zjištění spokojenosti zaměstnanců bylo dotazníkové šetření. Práce by mohla vhodným způsobem přispět k větší informovanosti managementu a personálního útvaru ve firmě o spokojenosti zaměstnanců a jejich požadavkům, dále také pro zlepšení činnosti samotného personálního útvaru firmy a také k rozšíření činnosti personálního oddělení při uvolňování pracovníků.

Abstract:

This master thesis deals with the use of human resources in a service company. The diploma thesis describes the personnel activities of the company and deals with employee satisfaction, their motivation and their remuneration. The main goal was achieved in the analytical part, where the personnel activity of the company was analyzed with the help of observation and a questionnaire survey, and the main reasons for the termination of the employment relationship were identified. Furthermore, also in the design part, personnel activities were evaluated and given recommendations for changes in the given department were proposed. The second goal, finding out the satisfaction of the employees of this company and whether stress is the reason for the departure of employees, was fulfilled by means of empirical research. The main method of data collection that was used to determine employee satisfaction was a questionnaire survey. The work could contribute in a suitable way to the management and personnel department in the company being more informed about the satisfaction of employees and their requirements, as well as to the improvement of the activities of the personnel department of the company itself and also to the expansion of the activities of the personnel department when releasing workers.
