Activity of the Labor office at insolvency of the employer

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice insolvence zaměstnavatele a role Úřadu práce České republiky v těchto situacích. Diplomová práce obsahuje pro lepší pochopení rešerši hlavních účastníků této problematiky, jako je zaměstnanec, zaměstnavatel a Úřad práce. Dále se práce věnuje samotné insolvenci, neboli platební neschopnosti zaměstnavatele a jejím možným způsobům řešení. Dále je zanalyzována činnost úřadu práce v platební neschopnosti zaměstnavatele a konkrétní případ insolvence zaměstnavatele. Nakonec je provedena komparace řešení této problematiky ve vybraných evropských zemích.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is devoted to problematics about insolvency of the employer and activity of the Labor office of the Czech Republic in this situations. The diploma thesis includes review of main participants in this insolvency, like employee, employer and the Labor office too. Furthermore, this thesis deals insolvency of employer and its possible solutions. Then the analysis of the role of the Labor office in this insolvency and the analysis of specific case are carried out in this thesis and finally there is comparation of this problematics in selected European countries.
