Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je sledována akutní toxicita čistírenských kalů, které vznikají jako sekundární produkt při čistění odpadních vod. K hodnocení byl využit test akutní toxicity na sladkovodní zelené řase Desmodesmus subspicatus. Bylo hodnoceno, zda dochází ke snižování nárůstu řas v závislosti na koncentracích testovaných látek. Abstract:
The thesis is monitored by acute toxicity of sewage sludge produced as a secondary product of wastewater treatment. For the evaluation of toxicity was used acute toxicity test for freshwater green algae Desmodesmus subspicatus.
