Strategic Analysis of the Inner Organizational Sources in the XY Company

Abstract:

Hlavní cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení výsledků strategické analýzy vnitřních zdrojů vybrané organizace a formulace strategických doporučení pro management podniku. Součástí bakalářské práce je z důvodu větší komplexnosti také externí analýza. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány postupy jednotlivých analýz, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. Součástí externí analýzy je PEST analýza, analýza odvětví a Porterova analýza pěti sil, v interní analýze se zabývám klasifikací zdrojů podniku, VRIO analýzou, GE maticí, finanční analýzou a hodnototvorným řetězcem. Jednotlivé výstupy analýz jsou v závěru integrovány za pomocí SWOT analýzy. Tyto výstupy jsou následně využity k formulaci strategických doporučení.

Abstract:

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the results of strategic analysis of the inner sources of the selected organization and formulation of strategic recommendations for a company management. A part of the bachelor thesis, is in virtue of the bigger complexity, also the external analysis. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the processes of the particular analyses, which are subsequently applied in the practical part, are described. The part of the external analysis is the PEST analysis, the analysis of the sphere and the Porter’s analysis five forces analysis, in the internal analysis, the classification of the company’s resources, VRIO analysis, GE matrix, financial analysis and the value chain model are being dealt with. The individual outcomes of the analyses are integrated in the end with the help of the SWOT analysis. These outcomes are subsequently used in formulation of the strategic recommendations.
