Tato diplomová práce pojmenovaná SVOBODA PROJEVU NOVINÁŘŮ VE SVĚTLE ČL. 10 EVROPSKÉ ÚMLUVY O LIDSKÝCH PRÁVECH A JUDIKATURY EVROPSKÉHO SOUDU PRO LIDSKÁ PRÁVA se zabývá ochranou novinářovy svobody projevu podle Evropské úmluvy o lidských právech a judikatury ESLP.
Abstract:
This thesis entitled Journalists’ Freedom of Expression in the Light of Art. 10 of European Convention on Human Rights and Case Law of European Court of Human Rights deals with protection of journalists’ freedom of expression in present day Europe.
