Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma Srovnání vězeňského systému České republiky s vybranými státy, je srovnání českého vězeňství s vybranými vězeňskými systémy v jiných zemích v konkrétních oblastech vězeňských systémů. Teoretická část závěrečné práce bude zpracována pomocí rešerše uvedené literatury a internetových zdrojů. V první kapitole budou čtenářům přiblíženy základní termíny, se kterými se setkáváme v oblasti vězeňství pro snadnější pochopení a orientaci v textu této práce. Ve druhé kapitole bude představena koncepce evropských vězeňských pravidel. Co tato pravidla zahrnují a jaké možnosti vězňům poskytují. Ve třetí kapitole budou představeny typy věznic, které se nacházejí v České republice a jaké konkrétní věznice se zde nachází. Dále bude představena aktuální koncepce českého vězeňství, budoucí koncepce českého vězeňského systému pro zacházení s vězni, problémy českého vězeňského systému a budoucí koncepci na jejich nápravu. V poslední čtvrté kapitole budou představeny ostatní vybrané vězeňské systémy. Praktická část bakalářské práce bude věnována samotné komparaci českého vězeňského systému s vybranými vězeňskými systémy v jiných zemích v konkrétních oblastech vězeňských systémů. Metodou výzkumu bude dotazníkové šetření pro odborné zaměstnance věznic v oblastech vzdělávání a zaměstnávání vězňů a následná komparace se shodnými oblastmi ve vězeňských systémech zvolených zemí. Dále bude provedena komparace silných a slabých oblastí jednotlivých vězeňských systémů a statistických údajů vězeňství.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis on the topic Comparison of the prison system of the Czech Republic with selected countries is to compare the Czech prison system with selected prison systems in other countries in specific areas of prison systems. The theoretical part of the final work will be processed using a search of the literature and Internet resources. In the first chapter, readers will be introduced to the basic terms that we encounter in the field of prisons for easier understanding and orientation in the text of this work. The second chapter will introduce the concept of European prison rules. What these rules cover and what opportunities they provide to prisoners. The third chapter will introduce the types of prisons located in the Czech Republic and what specific prisons are located there. Furthermore, the current concept of the Czech prison system, the future concept of the Czech prison system for the treatment of prisoners, the problems of the Czech prison system and the future concept of their correction will be presented. In the last fourth chapter, other selected prison systems will be introduced. The practical part of the bachelor thesis will be devoted to the comparison of the Czech prison system with selected prison systems in other countries in specific areas of prison systems. The research method will be a questionnaire survey for professional prison staff in the areas of education and employment of prisoners and subsequent comparison with the same areas in the prison systems of selected countries. Furthermore, a comparison of strengths and weaknesses of individual prison systems and prison statistics will be made.
