Cílem této práce provést analýzu vymáhaných pokut ve městě Vsetín za období 2017-2019 a na jejím základě navrhnout doporučení, jak by se proces vymáhání pokut mohl zlepšit. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the fines enforcement in Municipality Vsetín for the period 2017-2019 and based on the analysis to propose recommendations on which the process of fines recovery could be improved.
