Abstract:
Ve své diplomové práci se budu zabývat římským procesním právem. Podívám se nejprve na historii fungování římského soudnictví se zaměřením na rozbor jednotlivých vývojových etap v chronologické posloupnosti. In my diploma thesis, I shall deal with the topic of Roman procedural law. First, I will examine the history of the functioning of the Roman judiciary, focusing on the analysis of individual developmental stages in chronological order.
