Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá souvislost humoru a syndromu vyhoření pracovníků v přímé paliativní péči. První hypotéza předpokladá, že smysl pro humor chrání tyto zaměstnance před syndromem vyhoření. Druhá zjišťuje, zdali afiliativní a sebe-podporující styl humoru souvisí s nižší mírou výskytu syndromu vyhoření než agresivní a sebe-pokořující. This thesis examines a connection between humour and burn-out syndrome in direct palliative care. First hypothesis assumes that sense of humour protects employees from burn-out syndrome. Second explores whether affiliative and self-enhancing humour style is connected with lower burn-out than aggressive and self-defeating style.
