Payment options goods and services using mobile communication

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá možnostmi využití mobilních sítí a zařízení pro zprostředkování plateb za zboží a služby. Definuje prostředí telekomunikačních sítí, ve kterém mobilní platby probíhají, popisuje veškeré dostupné formy přímého bankovnictví a mobilních plateb. Součástí práce je dotazník sloužící ke zhodnocení využívání těchto služeb v praktickém životě, zmapování povědomí a přístupu občanů České republiky z hlediska bezdotykových plateb. Výstupem práce je díky výsledkům dotazníku a analýzy prostředí mobilních služeb posouzení tržní nabídky, využitelnosti těchto služeb a provedení predikce vývoje v následujících letech.

Abstract:

This piece of work deals with the possibilities of using mobile networks and devices for arranging payments for goods and services. It gives a definition of the environment of telecommunication networks, in which mobile payments are made, describing all available forms of direct banking and mobile payments. The work includes a questionnaire used to evaluate the use of these services in practise, mapping awareness and access of citizens of the Czech republic in terms of proximity payments. The outcome of this work is due to the results of the questionnaire and analysis of the mobile services environment an assessment of market supply, applicability of these services and implementation of progress prediction in the following years.
