Accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits in the chosen company

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá účetními a daňovými aspekty zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku. V teoretické části jsou definovány základní charakteristiky zaměstnaneckých benefitů, jejich způsoby účtování a jejich daňové a odvodové řešení. V praktické části je popsán současný systém poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů u vybrané společnosti. V poslední části práce jsou vyhodnoceny současné daňové a účetní aspekty benefitů u společnosti a navržena nápravná opatření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with accounting and tax aspects of employee benefits in the chosen company. The theoretical part defines the basic characteristics of employee benefits, their accounting procedures, and their tax and deduction solutions. In the practical part is a description of the current system of provided employee benefits in the chosen company. In the last part of the thesis is an evaluation of current accounting and tax aspects of benefits in the selected company and a proposal of corrective measures.
