Lifestyle of patients with chronic viral hepatitis C.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma ,,Životní styl u pacienta s chronickou virovou hepatitidou C?? je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku tohoto onemocnění, dále na etiologii, klinické projevy, diagnostiku a vyšetřovací metody a v neposlední řadě také na moderní možnosti léčby, které jsou v dnešní době nejaktuálnější. Také jsem se věnovala životnímu stylu a prevenci v rodině u takto nemocného člověka. Empirická část je zaměřena na životní styl u osob nakažených virem hepatitidy C. Výzkumné šetření jsem provedla formou dotazníků u pacientů, kteří zahájili léčbu a dochází do hepatální poradny infekčního oddělení, dále u těch, kteří byli hospitalizováni na interním a chirurgickém oddělení v nemocnici Havlíčkův Brod. Cílem práce je zjistit úroveň informovanosti pacientů s chronickou virovou hepatitidou C o správném životním stylu a režimových opatřeních při tomto onemocnění, pravidelnost docházení do hepatální poradny a dodržování režimových a dietních opatřeních. Výsledky dokumentují, že informovanost o přiměřeném životním stylu je dostatečná a dodržování dietních a režimových opatření uspokojivé.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis on the theme ,,Life style of patients with the chronicle virulent hepatitis C? is divided in two parts, theoretical and empiric. In the theoretical part I focused on characterisation of this illness, etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnostics and investigative methods and last but not least on the modern possibilities of the treatment that are the most actual at the present time. I attended to the lifestyle and the prevention in a family of an ill person. The empiric part is focused on the lifestyle of people infected with hepatitis C. The research was made with the questionnaires. I gave them to patients who have entered upon the treatment and visit hepatic clinic and to patients who were admit to internal and chirurgical department of the hospital in Havlíčkův Brod. The result of this work is the finding out the level of informedness of patients with the chronicle virulent hepatitis C about the right lifestyle and the regimen measures during this illness, regularity of visiting hepatic clinic and rigid adherence to regimen and diet measures. The result of the research are very informative and satisfying about the way of living and abidance the diet regimens.
