Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou viscerálneho tuku, konkrétne vplyvom nutričného terapeuta na zníženie, prípadne prevenciou proti ukladaniu už vzniknutého viscerálneho tuku. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje obecné informácie o viscerálnom tuku, charakteristiku, funkciu, čo ovplyvňuje jeho vznik a aké riziká sa sním spájajú.
