Abstract:

Úvod: Práce popisuje možnosti v poskytování péče, zapojení matek do péče o nedonošené novorozence na intermediárním oddělení. Důležité pro zdravotnický personál a následnou péči o novorozence a jejich matky jsou komplikace vzniklé nedonošeností. Metodika: Kvalitativní přístup, k sběru dat byla zvolena metoda nestandardizovaných rozhovorů. Rozhovory probíhaly dle předem zvolených kritérií a fází. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo pět respondentek (N = 5). Kritéria pro zapojení: bez omezení věku, parity, zvolené zdravotnické zařízení, oddělení s intermediární péčí. Data byla interpretována a vyhodnocena metodou tužka a papír, kódováním. Cíl práce: Hlavním cílem práce bylo zhodnotit péči o předčasně narozeného novorozence ve zdravotnickém zařízení s intermediární péčí. A zjistit, zda mohly být matky hospitalizované společně s novorozencem a zda byly zapojeny do péče. Výsledky: Výsledky prokázaly, že matky měly možnost být hospitalizované společně s novorozencem a že byly dostatečně zapojeny do péče o nedonošence. Všechny respondentky byly spokojené s péčí v intermediárním zařízení. Závěr: Předčasný porod je velmi psychicky i fyzicky náročný, a to i následné odloučení novorozence od matky. Proto je důležité časné zapojování matek do péče, což má vést k eliminaci poporodních komplikací u matky a novorozence a jeho lepšímu následujícímu vývoji.

Abstract:

Introduction: This thesis describes the possibilities of care delivery, involvement of the mothers in the care of premature newborns in the intermediate care unit. Complications arising from prematurity are important for health care staff and the subsequent care of newborns and their mothers. Methodology: Qualitative approach, semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The interviews were conducted according to pre-selected criteria and phases. The research sample consisted of five respondents (N = 5). Inclusion criteria: no age limit, parity, selected health facility, intermediate care unit. Data were interpreted and evaluated using pencil and paper coding method. Aim of the study: The main aim of the study was to evaluate the care of preterm newborn in a health care facility with intermediate care. And to determine whether the mothers could be hospitalized together with the newborn and whether they were involved in the care. Results: The results showed that the mothers had the opportunity to be hospitalized together with the newborn and that they were sufficiently involved in the care of the preterm infant. All respondents were satisfied with the care in the intermediate care facility. Conclusion: Premature birth is very psychologically and physically demanding, including the subsequent separation of the newborn from the mother. Therefore, early involvement of mothers in the care is important, which should lead to the elimination of postpartum complications of the mother and the newborn and to better subsequent development.
