Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je pojednat o významu lázeňství pro společnost, o historii lázeňství ve světě i u nás a dále o formách stravování a jednotlivých druzích diet, které jsou pro lázeňské stravování důležitým kritériem.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to deal with the importance of spa for the society, the history of spa both in the world and in our country, and with forms of catering and the different types of diets that represent an important criterion for spa catering.
