Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhotovit strategickou analýzu trhu lyžařských škol v lyžařském areálu Harrachov, se zaměřením na firmu Sun Ski&Board school s.r.o. a pomoci škole zajistit lepší postavení na trhu.
