Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá vytvářením a rozlišováním mzdových/platových struktur, dále se zaměřuje na problematiku tarifních stupňů a samozřejmě i na struktury mzdových/platových stupňů. Práce se dělí na dvě části, těmi jsou část teoretická, ve které se zaměřuji na výše zmíněné termíny, jako část druhá je část praktická. V té se pojednává o tom, jak fungují mzdové/platové stupně v podniku SAVAS spol. s r.o., také je v této části vystiženo to, jak fungují tarifní stupně v podniku SAVAS. Díky informačnímu rozhovoru a dotazníkovému šetření se zde také vyjádří názory zaměstnanců na dané problémy a k nim je připojen názor autora a také jeho návrh na řešení největších problémů podniku SAVAS.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the wage development and differentiation / the salary stuctures. It focuses on the issue of tariff levels and the structure of wage/salary levels.The thesis id divided into theoretical and practical arts. The theoretical part explains the above terms. The practical part shows how the wage/salary structure work in the company SAVAS Ltd. and explains the tariff levels in the company. Informative interview express employee´s opinions on several topics related to the subject of the thesis. The thesis concludes with the author´s opinion, suggestions snd poposed solutions for the biggest issues faced by SAVAS Company Ltd.
