Comparison of Market Value and Evaluation Due to Regulations
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce poskytuje krátký informativní průřez oceňovacími metodami – ocenění dle předpisu a tržní ocenění. Na vybrané nemovitosti je demonstrován rozdíl v určení ceny při použití těchto metod a jejich potenciální dopad na daň z převodu nemovitosti, pokud by pro výpočet byly použity obě metody.
Abstract:
Bachelor work provides short informative profile of valuation methods – appraisement by the books and selling appraisement. Using one chosen real propertie is illustrated different in tariffing using these methods and their potencial real estate-transfer tax incidence, if we use for the calculation both methods.
