Abstract:

Anotace Diplomová práce „Problematika třídnictví a třídnických prací základních a středních škol“ se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá řízením třídy, druhá kapitola osobností a autoritou, třetí kapitola komunikací. Praktická část je rozdělena do tří průzkumných částí. První dvě průzkumné části jsou zaměřeny na komparaci třídnických prací a činností s ní spojené třídních učitelů základních a středních škol. Třetí průzkumná část je využita ke komparaci některých témat z prvních dvou částí průzkumů. Opírám se také o zajímavé údaje uvedené žáky středních škol. Mezi stěžejní prvky průzkumů patří: struktura pedagogických sborů, hodnocení práce a činností třídních učitelů, spokojenost s činnostmi a pracemi třídních učitelů, vedení a řízení třídy, komunikace, překážky ve škole spojené s třídnictvím.

Abstract:

Annotation Thesis "Issue of form teacher´s duites and form teacher´s work in primary schools and high schools" consists of the theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the management in class, the second chapter deals with personality and authority, the third chapter deals with communications. The practical part is divided into three exploration parts. The first two explorations are focused on comparing teacher´s duties and activities associated with them of the primary and secondary classroom teachers. The third exploratory part is used for the comparison of some topics of the first two parts of the surveys. I also go by interesting information which were mentioned by pupils from secondary schools. Among the key elements of the survey belong: the structure of the teachers, the evaluation of the work and activities of the classroom teachers, the satisfaction with the activities and work of classroom teachers, the leadership and classroom management, the communication, the barriers in school-connected with teacher´s duties and work.
