Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Audit majetku podnikatelského subjektu“ se zabývá auditem dlouhodobého majetku v rámci účetní závěrky, zvláštní důraz je věnován nastavenému kontrolnímu prostředí. V teoretické části jsou představeny poznatky o pojmu audit, jeho legislativnímu ukotvení, další druhy auditu využitelné u zkoumaného podniku. V praktické části potom aplikujeme poznatky na příklad konkrétního podniku z oblasti informačních technologií. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vhodné metody auditu se zaměřením na oblast majetku podnikatelských subjektů a vybrané metody ověřit na konkrétním příkladu vybraného podniku. Zvláštní důraz bude kladen na analýzu procesů souvisejících s pořizováním, odepisováním, evidováním a vyřazováním majetku.

Abstract:

A diploma thesis “An Audit of Business Entity’s Assets ” examines the approach to an audit of long term assets in the financial statements, special attention is paid to the set control environment. In the theoretical section, we present a term of audit, its legislative background and other types of audit usable in the examined company. Then, in the practical part we use our findings to the example of a concrete company in the field of information technology. The thesis aims to analyze appropriate auditing methods, focusing on the assets of business entities, verify chosen methods on the concrete company. Particularly, the emphasis will be placed on the analysis of processes related to the acquisition, depreciation, registering and decommissioning of the property.
