Abstract:

Diplomová práce popisuje problém kriminality dětí a mládeže v současné moderní době. Cílem práce je popsat zkušenosti rodičů, zda změna rodinného nebo sociálního zázemí měla vliv na kriminální chování jejich potomků. Pro řešení problému byla zvolena dotazníková metoda, která byla zpracována za pomoci výpočtů relativních a absolutních metod. Za pomocí zmíněných metod, bylo zjištěno, že změna rodinného zázemí nebo sociálních poměrů má přímý vliv na kriminalitu dětí a mládeže. V závislosti na zjištěných faktech se rodiče domnívají, že věková hranice trestní odpovědnosti je vysoká a měla by se snížit. Práce dále poukazuje na nadměrné užívání alkoholu a návykových či psychotropních látek dětmi a mladistvými a s tím provázená trestná činnost v podobě krádeží, úmyslného ublížení na zdraví a poškozování cizího majetku.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the roblém of child and youth delinquency in modern times. The aim of the thesis is to describe the experience of parents, whether a change in family or social background had an impact on the criminal behaviour of their offspring. To solve the problem, a questionnaire method was chosen, which was processed with the help of calculations of relative and absolute methods. With the help of the mentioned methods, it was found that change in family background or social background has a direct effect on the criminal behavior of children and adolescents. Depending on the facts found, parents believe that the age of criminal responsibility is high and should be lowered. The paper also points to the excessive use of alcohol and addictive or psychotropic substances by children and adolescents and the associated criminal activity in the form of theft, intentional bodily harm and damage to other people's property.
