Educational Measures in Decision-Making Practice of Authority for Social-Legally Protection of Children
Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Výchovná opatření v rozhodovací praxi OSPOD“ je zaměřena zejména na analýzu související právní úpravy a problémů plynoucích z aplikace výchovných opatření v praxi. Klade si za cíl zjistit důvody, pro které je tento nástroj ze strany OSPOD často opomíjen a navrhnout některé změny, které by pomohly situaci zlepšit.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis „Educational Measures in Decision-Making Practice of Authority for Social-Legally Protection of Children" is focused on the analysis of related legislation and problems arising from the application of educational measures in practice. Its goal is to find out reasons for neglecting this instrument by ASLPC and to propose some changes that would help improve the situation.
