Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem algoritmu umožňujícího vyhledávat DNA struktury, které mají potenciál tvořit konformaci Z-DNA. Tento algoritmus byl následně implementován v podobě nového modulu do již existující webové aplikace DNA analyser. Dále se práce zabývá zpracováním rešerše vývoje této webové aplikace.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the design of an algorithm allowing to search for DNA structures that have the potential to form a Z-DNA conformation. This algorithm was subsequently implemented as a new module in an existing DNA analyser web application. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the research of the development of this web application.
