Bakalářská práce se zabývá aktuální legislativní úpravou uchovávání provozních a lokalizačních údajů. Teoretická část vymezuje samotný pojem data retention a mapuje historické souvislosti v Evropské unii i České republice. The object of this bachelor thesis is mapping the actual situation of data retention regulation in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part of thesis delimits term of data retention and describes its history in EU and Czech Republic.
